Stöffl is an alpine hut on the Villanderer/Latzfonser Alm. Outside, you'll find a sunny terrace with panoramic views of the Dolomites. Inside, there are cozy dining areas, nine rooms with private bathrooms, and a dormitory with multiple sleeping spots and a shared bathroom for overnight stays. In the dormitory, the use of a hut sleeping bag is mandatory. If you forget yours, you can purchase one from us.

• Summer or winter: we've collected all sorts of tips for hikes and bike tours!

Unfortunately, our hut is not barrier-free: the restroom is in the basement, and the rooms are on the first floor. Both are accessible only by stairs.

• Check-in: You can arrive whenever you like. Booked rooms are available from 4:00 PM. If you’re running late, we appreciate a quick message – just so we know everything’s okay!

• Check-out: Please vacate your sleeping spots by 9:30 AM on your departure day. We can gladly arrange individual times upon request.

• Important Times:
  Hut opening hours: 07:30 AM to 10:00 PM. In the evenings, for overnight guests only or by prior arrangement.
  Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM
  Hot food: until 3 PM; afterwards, cold dishes (cakes, Kaiserschmarrn & more)
  Breakfast: from 07:30 AM to 10:00 AM
  Breakfast/Brunch: also available for external guests if booked in advance.
  Dinner: at 7:00 PM.

• Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area. Please maintain an appropriate distance from the hut.

  Pets: Dogs are welcome – also in the rooms as overnight guests (+ € 15 per dog per night). Please bring food, a basket, a blanket, toys, a leash (leash obligation applies!), and if needed, a muzzle (for public transport).

• Children aged 3–10 years receive a € 10 discount (per person and night) in both rooms and dormitory.

• Infants aged 0–3 years: free of charge.

• Dogs (allowed in rooms only): € 15 per night and dog.

• Single room use: +30% per night.

1) Room with private bathroom – including half board

• 1-3 nights: € 85 per night and person

• From 4 nights: € 80 per night and person

2) Dormitory with shared bathroom – including half board

• 1-3 nights: € 65 per night and person

• From 4 nights: € 60 per night and person

• Deposit: To reserve a sleeping place, please transfer a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The booking becomes binding once the deposit has been credited to our account. We will then send you a booking confirmation. The deposit is nonrefundable in case of cancellation. Bank details will be provided during the reservation process.

• The remaining amount can be paid directly at the hut (either in cash or by card – all common payment methods are accepted). In accordance with applicable law, cash payments can only be accepted up to an amount of €4,999.00.

• Local tax: All overnight guests aged 14 and over are subject to a local tax of € 3.90 per night. Please keep this in mind. The tax can be paid together with the accommodation costs.

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Protection Code, specifically Art. 1382 of the Civil Code, there is no legal right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation terms:

• In case of cancellation, the deposit paid will be retained as a cancellation fee.
