Stöffl round from Villanders
A mountain hut tour featuring the Stöffl, Gasserhütte, Marzuner Schupfe and more
The path to the alpine oasis and the Dolomite show
It's best to start at the Speckboden car park; from there you'll head straight up to the Villanderer Alm. You'll have to find the exact hiking trail number yourself – a little puzzle to keep things interesting and prevent boredom! Once you're at the top, a landscape shaped by alpine farming and high moors will unfold before you. It's so diverse, you won't know where to look first! And as the cherry on top, a breathtaking Dolomite panorama awaits you ...
Mountain pine love and the way home
Continue along the Mountain Pine Trail, which will not only give you fresh air but also a good dose of mountain pine scent. From there, stroll to the cosy Stöffl, where you can reward yourself for your efforts. And then? Either head back the way you came. Prefer a bit more variety? Then simply take the alternative path back to the Speckboden car park.
Important Note: While the paths are very well-maintained, surefootedness is absolutely essential! We don't want any involuntary tumbles, no matter how beautiful the view. So, keep your eyes open and have fun hiking!
