The Sarntal „Horseshoe Tour“

The crème de la crème of multi-day Alpine crossings

Known as "Hufeisentour" among German speaking South Tyroleans because of the shape of the way, it is really famous! This isn't just any hike, because it's really long and tough, yes, but just as beautiful as it is strenuous. This legendary tour is feasible from late June to September – meaning only when summer is at its best and stable, beautiful weather is guaranteed.

For those who just want a taste: you can flexibly complete individual stages – sort of a "trial package" for your pain threshold. There's one that's part of the stage on the way from Brixen to Meran. Additionally, there are connections to illustrious places like the Radlseehütte, the Meraner Hütte, Reinswald, Durnholzer See, and the Rittner Horn. So, pack your hiking poles, and off you go on an adventure!
